St. Louis had over twelve inches of rain in October, shattering the record.  Everyone's now had a lot of practice getting rained on.  So, when you're out in the rain, do you run as fast as you can or will that make you wetter?

We'll discuss models and solutions to the problem, informally, in the lobby.
