This is the second of a series of seminars regarding algorithms for packet-level switching policies in a network with differentiated quality of service. (see Part 1)

In this session, we will examine the FIFO model, giving a proof of the 2-competitiveness of GREEDY and introducing the PG algorithm that improves on that bound.
